HeySeorak beta launch — Sokcho & Yangyang

We launched a multilingual AI guide and QR menu-translation beta across stores in Sokcho and Yangyang. Foreign travelers' menu-view and QR-scan behavior data started accumulating, and the same year we were selected for the Gangwon Tourism Venture program and are running Phase 1 field validation.

16 workations across five Gangwon regions

We designed and ran stay-based workations across Yangyang, Sokcho, Yeongwol, Pyeongchang, and Gangneung, inviting visiting experts and brands as ongoing program partners. We ran the East Valley young-founder community alongside it, connecting people who stayed with local founders.

Building on hands-on AI experience in tourism and local commerce, we delivered AI-transition (AX) lectures and advisory to large enterprises and public agencies. Not theory: lectures grounded in actually building and running the services.

Non-face-to-face mental-health app pilot (Early Exit)

We ran a non-face-to-face mental-health app pilot with the city of Sokcho. After securing solid usage data, we exited quickly, an early experience that validated a local, government-data-driven business model.
